Time zone

The time zone for Düsseldorf is Europe/Berlin (summer: UTC +2, winter UTC +1).

We are pleased to inform you that in the night from Saturday to Sunday during the IBD+ 2025 the clocks in Germany (& Europe) will change from summer to winter time.

At 3 o'clock in the night, the clocks will be set back one hour to 2 o'clock. No worries, this happens just once. Most computers, phones, watches etc. adjust automatically but you might want to double check in the morning and take this into account when setting your alarm for the morning…

Overall, this means that the IBD+ will last one hour longer than usual – without any extra charge 😉

Important news, changes, delays, cancellations or other mishaps as well as additional events on offer will be put on that web site.

We have set up an email newsletter to provide information to all visitors of IBD+ 2025 (including the ones mentioned above) – to sign up please visit the page Newsletter.

Furthermore, we are looking into offering channels on Signal or WhatsApp – but the "official" information will be provided by our newsletter and web site only.
