The International Board of Directors Meeting (IBD*) 2025 will take place in Germany in Düsseldorf

You might want to save the date October 23^rd to 26^th, 2025... since we plan to offer inspiring events open to other members and visitors.

The main venue is the Maritim Hotel Düsseldorf, Maritim-Platz 1, 40474 Düsseldorf, Google Maps.
The hotel is within in walking distance of Düsseldorf international airport (IATA code DUS) and just quarter of an hour away from Düsseldorf main train station using a local transport train.

The organization committee is currently busy scouting locations for the Icebreaker, Galadiner etc., finding accommodation for visiting members (we have accommodation for the delegates already) - and preparing some pre and post tours.

Visitors not attending the IBD meeting will be offered the odd** event like presentations, sightseeing, company tours, cultural events, games, talks, cozy hours, get-togethers and much more (a bit like on a German annual gathering).

We plan to open the booking for accomodation and the pre/post tours to choose from on November 1^st 2024 and will offer a newsletter to subscribe to. The booking of events will probably open on June 1^st 2025.
