The IBD+ 2025* will take place in Germany in Düsseldorf from October 23rd to 26th, 2025.

Now online is the Facebook Page for IBD+ 2025.

Since 15^th January 2025 the Accommodation page includes a link to the IBD+ 2025 accommodation booking page.

Please note that more often than not in Germany hotels for annual gatherings are fully booked fast – this might happen here too.

For IBD delegates we certainly already have rooms booked in the main hotel.

The main venue is the Maritim Hotel Düsseldorf, Maritim-Platz 1, 40474 Düsseldorf, Google Maps.
The hotel is located within walking distance from Düsseldorf international airport (IATA code DUS) and just a quarter of an hour away from Düsseldorf main railway station using a local transport train.

The organising committee is currently busy scouting locations for the Icebreaker, Galadiner etc., finding accommodation for visiting members (IBD delegates stay at the Maritim) – and preparing some pre and post tours.

Visitors not attending the IBD Meeting 2025 will be offered the odd** event like presentations, sightseeing, company tours, cultural events, games, talks, tastings, cozy hours, get-togethers and much more (a bit like for a German annual gathering).
